Job Description
Your main tasks will be:
- Lead Facility Management activities in Europe
- overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services includingsecurity, parking, cleaning, catering in close cooperation with purchasing
- Coordination of asset procurement and FM provider sourcing activities
- Coordination of relocations
- Ownership of office layouts
- Installation and coordination of regional partners
- Support coordination of new plants building/extensions
- Manage Real-Estate transaction
- Support in Real Estate Portfolio Management
- System for reporting and registration, process of issues
- Ensure facility conformance with legal legislations(labor, safety, permissions) if not done by HS&E officer
- Budget ownership,planning and tracking
- Support for contract negotiation/management
- Optimize Facility CapEX spend
What we are looking for:
- Degree (technical or commercial) in a discipline related to construction, facility operation and/or maintenance or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience in theseareas
- Profound knowledge of Facility Management in international environment
- Min. 5-10 years experiences (automotive or real estate / FM industry preferred)
- Experience in construction would be an advantage.
- Operational experience in Real Estate and Facility Management
- Knowledgeof local legislation related to facility/real estate in countries we operate
- Fluency in English
