Job Description

Motivate and provide direction to the Process Technicians ensuring appropriate directions, training, and evaluation.
Develop and maintain the processstandards in which all parts are manufactured.
Review production and operating records and resolves technical processing issues
Follow established actionplans for processes out of range.
Specify project management andbuy off of new equipment.
Manage exploration of new materials and processesin order to achieve the best quality, process, and reliability.
Motivate andtrain the mold setters, ensuring appropriate training and evaluation.
Verifyand apply narrow ranges for optimum processes to meet customer expectations.
Manage exploration of new materials and processes in order to achieve the best quality, process, and reliability.
Compile data and analyse past and current information inorder to assist in the preparation of the budget and reduce operational costs.
Work with tool shops for all tool repairs and maintenance.
Maintain documentation closely, following necessary timelines on specific projects.
Enforce safety rules daily.
