Main Responsibilities:

1. In accordance with the PLUS process, responsible for the project, the coordination and management of the quotation, kick off to the SOP process;the coordinated management of the kick off to the process, to ensure that the project meets the time, quality and cost requirements, reaching the goal of 0-0-100-100-90.
2. Searching and implementing localization opportunitiesto achieve of annual cost saving targets.
3. Supervising and guiding the effective implementation of engineering changes, including but not limited to: receiving and reviewing engineering change packages, tracking status and cost updates.
4. Leading theteam to identify the potential risks in the project management, and take effective measures to prevent, ensure that all types of issues are effectively contained and resolved as soon as possible.
5. Conveying company requirements and strategies to the subordinates and promote the project engineer to complete the lesson learnsummary during the project development to make sure high quality and compliance of the project management.

Requirements:

1. Education background: bachelor’s degree above
2. Working experience: minimum 5 years’ working experience as PM in auto industry, with good knowledge of program standards, tools and methods
3. Personalityand soft skills: High motivation, wiling to learn, team work, logical thinking, pressure containment, with strong communication skills
4. Fluent in English and customer language
5. Able to work in a multicultural and international environment
