We are seeking a motivated team member to join our Engineering department at BU Yanfeng Automotive Interiors.

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for improving processes, parameters, layout of equipment at workstations (layout) and reducing the number of operators and cycle time
• Has responsibility for operator training and supervision of production operations and continuous improvement
• Optimizes process flow, layout, define number of operators and cycle time, continuously studies cycle time and improves it
• Responsible for process documentation: flow chart, PFMEA, capacity chart, work instructions, layout
• Trains operators, identifies faulty operations and corrects them, so that the process is under control
• Responsible for a stable production process, collecting and analyzing process data to continuouslyreduce production costs.
• Participates in updating specifications of equipment and tools,participates in the procurement process, responsible for debugging equipment, receiving equipment
• Responsible for MBOM, lead the setup of the production monitoring system
• Responsible to keep up with the latest and advanced technology and transform it into a real process
• Responsible for continuous improvement with production team, for example: improvement of equipment,process, device, layout...
• Oversees engineering changes and is responsible for manufacturing change against ECP (process change tracking procedure) and reducing change costs
• Supports the advanced engineering sector in the application of advanced process technology and global process standardization 

Special Requirements:

• 6th or 7th levelqualification in mechanical, technical or electrical engineering 
• Minimum 2 years ofwork Experience in an industrial environment
