We are seeking a motivated team member to join our team at BU Yanfeng Safety Systems in Kragujevac.

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordinating program purchasing activities in line with PMP and YF IOS, including the timely procurement of materials, tooling, and related services while achieving target cost objectives.
• Accountable for building a strong and competitive supply base to support thecompany’s long-term strategy, considering supplier capabilities, capacities, cost structures, quality systems, corporate culture, and other relevant factors.
• Maintains and promotes strong relationships with suppliers and the business community through strict adherence to the principles ofthe Code of Conduct.
• Drives total cost reduction through negotiations, value analysis, cost modeling, and in-depth commodity knowledge.
• Maintains and enhances cross-functional collaboration (e.g., Supplier Quality and Risk Assessment) to identify and monitor supplier-related quality risks, supply risks, financial risks, and/or environmental risks.
• Proactively reportsrisks in a timely manner and develops appropriate action plans to mitigate them.
• Continuously monitors changes in legislation, regulations, raw materials, and market information, and tracksindustry and market development trends relevant to the product portfolio.
• Ensures smoothproject launches as a member of the development team or as a commodity buyer, supporting all phasesfrom sourcing through EOP (End of Production).

Requirements:

University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s level) in Economics or a related social sciences field

Minimum of 2 to 5 years of professional experience in procurement
